To confirm and secure your booking a smaller deposit is required. Usually 25-50% or minimum 10’000 baht. This deposit is non refundable.
Remaining payment is to be paid and received 1 week prior to event date OR paid cash in Thai baht BEFORE the event start. Many times clients want to pay in other currencies or transfer from abroad and others forget to arrange the cash. So NO MUSIC will be played before full payment has been made.
Any cancelation with less than 3 months prior to the event will be fully charged.
If the venue for the event is changed after confirmation there might be an extra fee for any extra work this might cause with more staff needed for unloading and setup and such as price can vary depending on the venues layout and location.
In case of rain it’s understood that loading off equipment and setting up can be delayed. Any problems due to rain does not change payment conditions and full payment is required as agreed. If it start rain during the event equipment can have to be turned off for protection reasons. If cables are on wet ground during rain it can also be needed to keep them off while they dry before being used again. Rain does not mean equipment will be moved in a rush and sensitive equipment WILL NOT be moved at all during rain, or even light sprinkle. If equipment is to be moved we do NOT guarantee we move it back again if it stop raining as moving equipment after setting up is usually a big task. It is up to the clients to provide a rain proof area to be guaranteed rain isn’t delaying or interrupt our services.
Any transportation paid by the client such as, boat tickets, airplane tickets or other is non refundable in case of delays and or cancellations where new tickets doesn’t match the original time table and/ or travel routs.
